Pet Pictures this Sunday

Our first Santa Claws and Paws pet photo event is this Sunday, December 2nd.

We'll be at the Petsmart store in Bee Cave, 12812 Shops Pkwy., Austin, TX 78738, from 10:30am to 5pm.

Every picture we take earns a little money for us. So bring your pet in to the store and get an adorable photo taken with Santa, and at the same time you help to provide food, shelter, and veterinary care for all of our Thundering Paws animals.

Pawstock 5 was great!

Blog author:
Kay Rolfes

Pawstock is always a great fundraiser for Thundering Paws, but it is also much more. It gives us a chance to get together with supporters and fellow volunteers for an afternoon of socialization. The Thundering Paws dogs, Maggie and Sweet Pea, really enjoyed their adventure.

Chula

Chula was found on an extremely busy highway by one of our volunteers. The poor girl looked like she had never been cared for. She had long, dreadful toe nails, the longest we've ever seen, and was covered in fleas. Chula was taken to the vet right away for an exam. She received shots and an exam and fortunately tested negative for heartworms.
